Orders

Products marked as ‘Out of Stock’ cannot be ordered at the moment.
However, you can add them to your wishlist or click “Notify Me” to receive an update as soon as they’re back in stock.

To track your order, go to the ‘Track Order’ section under ‘My Account’ on our homepage.
Enter your Order ID on the tracking page to view the latest updates and status details.

While we’re excited to bring our products into your home, some items may become unavailable due to high demand or being sold out. If this happens, we may need to cancel your order and will notify you promptly of any changes.

If your order hasn’t arrived yet, tracking it is easy.
Go to the ‘My Account’ section at the top right of our website and click on ‘Track Order.’ Enter your Order ID (shared at the time of purchase), and you’ll instantly see your order status and updates.

If a product in your wishlist was previously out of stock, we’ll notify you as soon as it’s available via your registered mobile number or email.

Returns

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

Unfortunately, items in your wishlist cannot be placed on hold for future purchase.
The wishlist is a helpful tool to save and track your favorite products, but purchases depend on current availability. You’ll only be able to buy the item if it’s still in stock at the time of checkout.

To initiate a return, please reach out to our customer service team via email or WhatsApp.
Kindly pack the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility. For added peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

To request a return, you must initiate it within 48 hours of delivery.
Returns will not be accepted beyond this period. Please ensure the item is unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid using one of our secure online payment options.

Packaging and Delivery

All products are carefully packed using protective materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Fragile items receive extra cushioning and secure packaging for safe transit.

Orders are usually shipped within 2–4 business days, and delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Yes, we ship all over India. If your pin code is serviceable, you’ll see shipping options at checkout. Please note: delivery timelines may vary by region.
