At AS Decor Shop, we want you to love what you buy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy lasts for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund—approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or was shipped to the gift giver, we will send the refund to the gift giver directly.
